Travelling in Puglia means getting in touch with all these colours and landscapes but even having the opportunity to take part in a unique culinary adventure with prestigious wines such as Primitivo, Negroamaro; and wonderful food like handmade pasta, traditional fresh cheeses such as "mozzarella" and "burrata", orecchiette pasta with turnip tops, cavatelli with sausage and beans, an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil.

Biking through the countryside you'll visit a wine cellar and olive oil mill, where you will see its production methods before concluding your visit with a wonderful wine and olive-oil tasting session.

You can discover the characteristic squares, the alleys, monuments and the hidden corners of the historical centre of towns like Lecce, Alberobello or Matera, with its rocky churches and caves used as homes many years ago. You'll wander through the throne room, in the old tower and in the dark jails of the castle of Gioia del Colle; dine in the selected trattoria or eating a pizza at the feet of the castle on a summer night, or you can enjoy your evening at a waterfront restaurant overlooking a beautiful harbour. You can choose accommodations at a 4-star hotel or historical residence, where elegant suites are equipped with hydro-massage baths and hanging balconies overlooking wonderful views, ensconced in the heart of the ancient medieval town of Conversano.
No need for you to hire a car! If you want, we can pick up you from the airport or the station, allowing you to relax and safely enjoy the whole tour. You are driven to each location and guided through each town, cellar and place. If you want to visit a town that is not included in our tours, if you want to do only some of our activities, if you want to spend more days in Puglia or for any other thing, it's always possible to customise your vacation.
