It’s always possible to attend a cookery course (how to make fresh pasta, pizza and almonds with chocolate) and you can also choose among different accommodations: historic building, masseria or trullo. 1 day tour – Gioia del Colle, wine tour, Matera

This short stay, begins with collection from the airport or station and transfer to your accommodation (a very nice family-run hotel in the historical center of Gioia del Colle) where we will meet you with a welcome drink and you will have a chance to rest in your room. In the evening you will have dinner in a typical restaurant and a chance to savour real Italian food.
The following morning after breakfast you will visit the town including its castle, museum, ancient churches and the historical centre. Before noon, you’ll get to the wine cellar where you will see its production methods before concluding your visit with a wonderful wine tasting session in the vineyards. Lunch will follow in a restaurant or there will be a picnic in the countryside during spring or summer. The afternoon will be devoted to the visit of Matera, one of the 3 Unesco heritage sites in our tours. Have a walk among the area called “Sassi”: natural caves, old churches and rocky houses linked only by stairs no street.
Your evening is free where you can go shopping or dine in typical pizzeria. Your stay ends the following morning after breakfast with transfer to the airport.
